Bug in project assignment when using "Enter Time" feature.

1. Go to "Time
2. Click "Enter Time"
3. Select Project: Stand to Reason: "Site Maintenance"
4. The Story drop down actually is listing Stories from KPP Financial's "Site Maintenance" project.

DirtyPop seems to be confused when there are Projects with the same name even though its under different clients.
