Error when Editing Time Entries-Multiplying by 100

When editing time entries the system will randomly multiply the entry by 100.

Example:

I edited this time entry from 2:30 to 2:45

Hi Adam - Has the next push gone up yet?  Just checking as I noticed this bug has not been fixed.

This has been pushed. Please let me know if there is an issue still.

Hi Adam - Just a heads up that this is still an issue.  Sometimes it changes 2 to 20 and sometimes it will change it to 200.
