Create Card Feature: Checkbox to create as completed and logged

When creating a new card, a lot of times the task/card is already performed and we're just backlogging time. Example, I just finished a short meeting and I want to log my time for it. I have to create a card, add it to the board, then find it on the board, then mark it as complete.  It would be easier if I could mark the card as complete at the same time that I'm creating it.

There will be a one-click "Complete Card" button added to cards that will set the used time to the estimated time status to complete. We may still do this feature after that one but it may not be needed.
