Error when Exporting to Excel all time entries for July

I get an error message when trying to export all time entries for the month of July.

End Date: 7/31/14
Project: blank
Story: blank

Ran into another reporting issue, possibly related to the original.

End Date: 8/4/14
Project: Internal
Story: blank

Export to excel works just fine.  But if you then switch the user to Halle, you get an error.
