Add Ability to Assign/Change Color of Project

Colors are actually assigned by client, and all projects under that client receive the color. If you go to the Projects section and click on the client's name there is a form to change the color. Some of the older clients haven't been updated to use the new theme's colors, so if you see clients without a color feel free to give them one.
