Create new Story modal broken in Enter Time

Trying to create a "Client Meetings" story under Felt / Felt 2015 project. The modal comes up, and either gets stuck on "Checking Duplicates" or just has a red outline around the Story name. Will not allow the user to click on "Create" button.

Can create the same story on "View Week" view.

I cannot reproduce this. Can you see if a hard refresh fixes the problem? If not we will keep looking.

I cleared cache and did a hard refresh earlier before reporting, and tried it in Chrome and Firefox. It worked for 1/2 of my time entry, then stopped working. Can't reproduce it anymore now either. I can reopen if it happens again.
