"Enter Time" Bug - Can't batch process

The "Enter Time" popup where you can add multiple entries doesn't seem to work correctly.  Attached is a screenshot explaining the issue encountered.Image 15

Note that I am having a similar issue, but I am only trying to log 1 entry.  When trying to do one entry it is not allowing me to do so.
